iR C2225 Vertical Streaking

Hi, I have a Canon ImageRunner Advanced C2225 that has been running well for two years. Been learning a lot of technical repair and care from this forum (thanks!). However recently I've had a new issue pop up that I'm not sure what else to do in resolving. I'm getting consistent vertical streaking, predominately on cyan but slightly visible on magenta and black.

I have done the following:
New Drum
New Toner
New Fuser
ITB cleaning
Color Adjust/Gradation
TBLT Cleaning in Service Mode
Cleaned the laser glass (both with the tool and removed laser unit and cleaned it well)
Wiped down accessible rollers on right hand side
Am using Hammermill Color Laser Premium paper
