The SST should support all models still. Certainly the IR3300 should still be as they're still in the field (don't have to look too hard to see the huge volume of threads on this great copier in this forum).

I read somewhere that 4.11E isn't working as well as it should on some things, so I'd try an older version of SST if you're having problems, but following the correct procedure
