Will not scan to email in Outlook if in exchange cached mode
Hi,
I have now had two different instances (two different models of Canon Photocopiers, too), where the user suddenly cannot scan a document and send it to their email address. The only consistent thing is that the users were in cached exchange mode.
This does not happen to all users, and has happened for people who had always been able to do it, but now it won't. Turning cached exchange mode off seems to work, but that does not answer the issue..
Has anyone experienced this, or have any suggestions?
