how can i go in service mode in canon IR-2020
i have one machine canon ir-2020. i dont know how to go in service mode. plz help me to find out. i ve tried *28#. it is not working.

you have to use code *28* , press that keys sequentially.
Do not press "2" and "8" keys at the same time.
