Press "*", then Press "2" and "8" simultaneously, then Press "*"
- Press " * ", then Press "1" and "9" simultaneously, then Press "*" "3"
I recommend not to make any changes. This level is normally use to clear an E355 error code.

1.2 Starting Service Mode and Making Selections

1) Press the User Mode *’ .
2) Press ‘2’ and ‘8’ on the keypad at the same time.
