I have problem with Saddle Finisher-T2 ir 5570 and I need to write new firmware direcktly to Finisher-T2
I have sst 3.11 but no sst 3.11 e . I was download Yours 4.11 but don’t have options for rs232c
And I don’t have Firmware to write CONTROLLER XXxxv0403 . I will buy or make Fy9-2034 downloader PCB
I have big problem my Canon support is on holyday (Never do this) and I don’t have anyone to help me
Please if You have any suggestions answer me . if You need any help any time Just write

If your dealer is on good terms with Canon they might be able to borrow the Downloader PCB for you instead of you having to buy one...that's what we tend to do...just borrow one from Canon.

What kind of problem do you have that you have to burn firmware to the saddle controller PCB?

I was try pcb from another finisher and is work . and i order new one from canon flash raport in warranty. New one is without any firmware and i need to write CON
