canon 1370 wrinkles

Has anyone had a problem with the canon 1370 as far a wrinkling the paper.It does not do it everytime.I did replace the fuser unit and tryed fresh paper i picked up at office max.The only thing i can think of is maybe it's skewing,but it won't jam.Any help is appreciated

Check the Rear Cartridge Guide, the plastic guide that the Drum/Dev slides in on. If it's broken/loose, the Drum won't be seated correctly, causing the paper to skew before it reaches the Fuser. Also check for paper fragments under the Registration Guide.
