This issue rears its ugly head quite often and is not restricted to tray designation or manufacturer. Essentially the application settings over-ride those of the print driver. Prior to printing the entire set of worksheets within the spreadsheet you should ensure that the page set up for each sheet is configured the same.
I have cut and pasted the following which I hope helps.
Workaround/Solution
The easiest workaround is to print each worksheet separately.
However, if you take both of the 2 behaviors (listed below) into account, you might be able to configure settings that will produce the desired results. The exact configuration depends on the results you are trying to achieve.
Information How Excel works when printing
There are 2 behaviors to consider in determining what the output of an Excel job will look like.
Behavior 1) When driver settings are changed in Excel, the change will only be applied to the currently active worksheet.

Only first worksheet prints duplexed
Behavior 2) Excel sends 2 neighboring sheets (i.e. sheet1 and sheet2) to the driver as a single job if all of the following settings are the same. If they are not the same, the worksheets will each be a seperate job.
- Resolution
- Color mode (Color / Black and White) (Note: PCL5c drivers of some models will not be affected by this setting.)
- Copies
- Duplex
