    sucks big time, but at least I already know what was going on...


    anyways..

    whats a normal cost per copy to be paying for the copier and service with toner included ?

    or is it cost per click ?

    I want to re-negotiate what we are paying and and maybe get an advantage with what just happened..

    For color anywhere from 6 to 9 cents per copy.

    Color on a 3200? Everywhere i worked(even corporate Canon) its 10 to 13 cents per color click...and the tech "stealing" copies from you? i would fire him instantly if he worked for me.

    That's pretty good on the per click.
    I wouldn't fire him, he would get a warning however!
    Customers never mind with me but, I ask if I could.
    I fix there machine first, there just happy I fixed their machine.

    I would agree with that so long as he pays the customer back what he stole out of his own pocket. I would also bar him from working on that customer's machine again except if there was no one else readily available.
