Thumbs up canon ir c 3220 control panel

received 2 machines from leasing company control panel works for about 20 seconds then locks up on the screen its in. machine never completely warms up it cycles but never comes to ready. any help deeply appreciated. i have replaced memory boards,main pcb, eprom chip,and control panel still same prob with both machines.

Check IMG-CONT in service mode,under copier-option-img-cont. It should be set at 1. But this will only matter if there was a imagepass connected. So if you see a printer tab in the control panel LCD then there was a imagepass connected and there might be a possibility that the value is set to 3. When this occurs sometimes the control panel will lock up.
