problem ir 5570

i have ir 5570 re-condition,i copy picture or file use folio paper with adf and the result is cut in the tail or bottom,can help me???

Is the image orientated the proper way? If it is, you may need to adjust the doc stop setting. If the copy is cross orientated, you need to do tray adjust. Both of these are available in feeder s/mode. These settings can be reset to a default after r-con clear or flashing. also make sure the "size-sw" setting is applicable to your area.

Check to see if your document detection sensors
are set it to read inch type, go into service mode,
It should read like this: LVL2>Copier>Option>Body>SENS-CNF-1

I thinks your Df will not recognize the folio size of paper,you may need to set you df size to inch or you can copy using only copyboard glass.
