Error Code E075-004 on a Canon clc 1000

I have Re-position the transfer belt but I keep getting this error code and told to turn off and then on but the error keep commin back. I was also told that i had to go into service mode and do this (E075/RLS in > Function > F-MISAp) But I have no ideal how to evon start to get to service mode. Can Someone Please Help Me?
