iR2020i iR2018i series scrambled image

Hi,
Ihave a problem on the iR2020i and ir2018i series namely scrambled scanned images when copying and faxing – see the attached samples. If you have managed to solve this problem please let me know how.

Does it ever show up in print jobs?
If so I'd be leaning towards the image processor pcb...if not then I'd look at the CCD(CS Unit).

In an attempt to correct the problem all clear was performed, sistem software flashed and the reader controller PCB replaced, contact image sensor replaced & I din't come right.
In two cases replacing the image processor PCB Assý corrected the copy quality!
