Canon Ir c3200 problem prints only 1 copy

I have a 3200 with ImagePass c-1. The fiery seems to be the problem. No matter how many copies I tell it to print (Office photoshop, ect) It will only print 1 copy. My boss bought this one with no documentation nor software, so it's being a real pain trying to set this up. any suggestions or answers would be really helpful. Please bear in mind that I am a computer tech and not a printer tech! LOL

You need to update the Fiery software and grab the most recent patch for it from the Canon website.

I loaded the canon iR C3200-C1 PLC5c driver and it was working good. Then I stumbled across the fiery software and for some reason it will only print 1 copy now. I'll go try to find the Irene drivers and see if it will work.

    Thanks

You should also try a post script driver. Also try hooking up a laptop with a crossover cable and try to print a different file. How big are these files you are printing. Check the dimm chip(ram) you might have to open up the C1, you can also try adding more ram if there is only one stick. What happens after when that print comes out, you should check system monitor under the print tab check the log tab and hit details see what it says (NG) or maybe there is # code.
