In level 2 adjust fxsmr to a greater value .It helps take out the nasty curl after the fuser .You may have to adjust dev ofst to a more negitive number if the cq is shadowing after the adjustment.

    Ir 3570 jam0107

0107 Jam Code: How to solve this jam using service mode settings

    [ Manual-related ]
    Description
Since the jam code "0107" occurred, the setting of service modes were changed for solution.
    - 0107 Jam Code: Delay jam at the fixing delivery sensor

    Field Remedy
    1. Decrease curl in the 1st side
In service mode > COPIER > Option > FIX-TEMP, change the setting from '0' to '1.' (Setting range: 0 to 7)
    2. Increase the separation capability for the 2nd side
In service mode > COPIER > Option > COMBO,
2-1. Configure the following settings in order to turn weak bias to the transfer tip OFF.
    - PPR-SLCT (paper type) to '1' (plain paper; default).
    - MOD-SLCT (paper feed mode) to '2' (2nd side in auto duplexing).
    - ENV-SLCT (environment condition) to '1' (low humidity).
Then, select [TR-SW1], press the numeric key '1', and press OK to set '1' as the value for [TR-SW1].
2-2. As in the same manner, configure the following settings to set a value for [TR-SW2].
    - PPR-SLCT to '1' (plain paper; default)
    - MOD-SLCT to '2' (2nd side in auto duplexing)
    - ENV-SLCT to '2' (slightly low humidity)
Then, select [TR-SW2], press the numeric key '1', and press OK to set '1' as the value for [TR-SW2].
2-3. As in the same manner, configure the following settings to set a value for [TR-SW3].
    - PPR-SLCT to '1' (plain paper; default)
    - MOD-SLCT to '2' (2nd side in auto duplexing)
    - ENV-SLCT to '3' (normal humidity)
Then, select [TR-SW3], press the numeric key '1', and press OK to set '1' as the value for [TR-SW3].
2-4. As in the same manner, configure the following settings to set a value for [TR-SW4].
    - PPR-SLCT to '1' (plain paper; default)
    - MOD-SLCT to '2' (2nd side in auto duplexing)
    - ENV-SLCT to '4' (slightly high humidity)
Then, select [TR-SW4], press the numeric key '1', and press OK to set '1' as the value for [TR-SW4].
2-5. As in the same manner, configure the following settings to set a value for [TR-SW5].
    - PPR-SLCT to '1' (plain paper; default)
    - MOD-SLCT to '2' (2nd side in auto duplexing)
    - ENV-SLCT to '5' (high humidity)
Then, select [TR-SW5], press the numeric key '1', and press OK to set '1' as the value for [TR-SW5].
    3. Adjust the time and level of applying weak bias to the transfer tip.
    3-1. In service mode > COPIER > Adjust > HV-TR > TR-TP-TM, change the setting.
    - for iR4570/3570: set '50'
    - for iR2870/iR2270/iR2230: set '80'
    3-2. In service mode > COPIER > Adjust > HV-TR > TR-TP-LV, set '50'.
    4. Perform a print job and make sure that the symptom is solved.

Also there is a modified RH side lower door AND RH side inner door assembly to combat delay jams in the vertical path area.
2270 and 3570 MUST have these done...as every single one I've modified no longer has jamming....that's around 30 machines and counting.

Like Oze said do all the door fixes..also make sure the bumpers for the deflector gate on the right door don't have divots in them or gate sticks or sits in wrong position. I replace the bumpers with a piece of foam from the old right door fix(foam pressure strip). Make sure LOOP in service mode is around 80
