hi,i have one Ir 3530. this machine i think so some one change the counter PCB.now machine showing code E 355- 01 how to clear this code thanks

then select function then toch clear then ok & restart

Most likely, this is not the original counter PCB serialized to another machine. You'll have to get the original counter PCB serialized to this machine, or contact Canon for a replacement.

To clear an E355 code, you must access Service Mode Level 3.
So its more than just doing a *28* there more to the sequence
for level 3.

but it wont clear that code if it has the wrong boards on it - it's a controlled part and someone has done something fishy or smelly....

I can make sure that E355 is a problem of serial number board which with no parts number . you have to order a new one through a authorized service station.
