Canon IRC 3200 Printing

I would like to know if a print from the bybass can be made to go straight out to the finisher instead of turning to the copier top bed and then going to the finishing unit. This put a bend in my thicker stock. Thanks

Take the finisher off the machine ...rig up a tray and run your(clearly heavier than spec)card that way.
I've done it for customers in the past and the advice is the same...Canon has strict guidelines for the thickness of stock that can be run through the iRC3200 series.

Thank you for the info and the thick stock that I run is within range of their specs, I was just wondering why all the one sided copies 20#, etc. had to come out of the top and make a turn before it goes into finishing unit .

This is normal. The paper or any other media spits out halfway towards the inner delivery then delivers out to the finisher.

Check is theres a "face-up delivery" option on that model - can't remember for sure. It goes halfway into the internal tray to flip the copy over for face-down delivery.
