E061 - 122 on CLC 1000

[Canonier]

The copier was working ok and suddenly the error code came on screen.
I cleaned all the yellow related parts drum, salt sensor ..... but nothing happend.
The error code comes when i try to print or copy a page ( the machine warms up without any problem) the copy comes out blank ( nothing printed ) and the code pops up .

I tried every thing the troubleshooting says on the book about the spesifik code but nothing works .
Please Help !!!!!

Wires and grids too? If I remember correctly, I saw this in the field. It was a dirty or loose connector. Check the drawer connectors

a friend techisian told me that is the laser unit damaged!!!! is this possible and how can i check it ? The wires and grid are fine and new!

also the machine is quite new only 140000 prints i think that the problen is not the laser but i cant find a way to check if the laser works
