Forgot how to set black and white as default on touch screen, the default is auto color when copying, customer has users that won't select blk and wht when copying regular black text docs. thanks

First you have to select black and white then go into common settings or copy setting, can't remember. Your looking for standard settings, you want to store the setting that you just did, press done and to confirm, hit the reset button it should remain on black and white.
