Replaced fuser assebmly with one from one of 5 machines I have here and when I start I get this error

Ideas? Is there a source for service manual?

E840 (fixing inlet sensor movement error)

look for something restricting the movement of the finger up through the slot in the entry guide, like a scrap of paper.
