Can anyone help me for the problem of IRC3200. the problem occured with the potho, posted on this page. When i tested PG;type 6, it appeared like the sensors of each color not be in the line. Then i tried to change ITB, and the problem was the same. after that, i tried to take away my old DC control PCB to test with another one, and the results came out the same. the last one, when i changed NEW DC control PCB, what shit man. my new one had broken.
You need to realign the laser units....in fact(from memory) you can swap the color laser units around.
But your issue appears to be the laser units needing to be realigned.
Yes just align the laser but swapping them around is not a good choice.
I use to do the same but what i notice was that, they are values on each laser unit that are pertain to each color in service mode under laser adjustments. Though i never encounter a issue yet by doing so, just aligning them will do. Good luck
