Dear all,
Do anyone have any ideas on this issue? Any setting on service mode to made it more consistent when customer print in large volume?

hi,what i means is when print 100copies and 1st copy and last copy the color different much. is got any setting to minimize it as we can see a big different on it
hi....why don't you try to calibrate the machine in the additional function mode?.....
i wish the best for all....
Keep this in mind..this is a "smart colour" printer designed to the corp. market. 15% colour 85% b/w it is not a cheap colour printer and will not cope with large print runs with large print coverage.
Van Steal is correct! However you can offer some suggestions to help the cust. How often do they do cleaning in user mode? How often do they auto grad? Some consistency can be gained by running these jobs as smaller batches. While these are hardly full solutions, this model is not intended for that use. Also as drums wear down this inconsistency can become greater. Cust should upgrade or modify expectations! good luck!
This is extreemly noticable on the IR3180C range of machine's where even in the space of 25 prints the colour can change dramatically. The IRC3180 is a smart colour machine as previously mentioned. I think it may be the case that the sales department have spec'd the wrong machine for the job.

Got an e-mail a couple of hours ago, saying that all smart-color machines will no longer be sold. So say goodbye to IR3180C and the IR6870C models. Only full color machines will be sold, in sweden anyway. Thank God for that.
(Black and white copiers will still be availible)

That is correct. This is to fall inline with the new IRA series of machine (Image Runner Advance). They did a webex yesterday about the new IRAC5000 series. Which all in all looks quite good. Some major changes. Would recommend researching it.
