canon IR 2270 jamming

i dont normally work on canon but i went out there as a gesture of good will to see what i can do.

machine is jamming on multiple prints. single prints works fine but when i do more than one copy it jams and brings up an error code o E000007. removed paper and switched machine on/off and starts ups fine.

most of the time i am find the paper on the right hand side of the machine.

E00007 is a problem with the fuser film. That model will also jam alot if the updates on the lower right door haven't been done.
