Thanks for reply, i want latest service support tool(SST) and firmware for ir6000 and 6000i. Please let mw know how do i get it?

May I recommend a tip.
The latest SST will probably not be a good choice to update such a earlier model as the IR6000. Try finding a earlier version of the SST also.
