Crooked prints Irc3220 ??

Hi there again,

When I print in 11x17 or 12x18 in the stock bypass or from the tray(11x17) I have crooked prints.. the print comes out shifted up from the right side....

Any ideas what this might be ??

There is an adjustment nut that adjusts for skew on the secondary roller.Check item # 28 on figure 306-1 in the service manual.Only happens on 11x17 or larger paper.
