9070 finisher lock ups

I have a 9070 with a K4 finisher, three times this month the finisher locked up no response from finisher and no erorr codes on the copier, popo ( power off power on) resets it I suspect the finisher control board

has any body out there seen this before?

If you try to make a copy does the machine go into suspended mode.
Does the finisher seem like it has power when you come across this problem? Besides error codes are there other messages like "Finisher can't be used" or "Functions Limited".

Finisher has power, leds are on, I have seen both messages, copier will jam at copier exit leading into the finisher, no suspend mode, I removed finisher copier runs fine!

What version is the finisher controller, I believe there up to v6.
I would try the finisher controller pcb.

I have a Finisher control board on the way I can't remember what the version of software the finisher is we are trying to obtain software as we talk!

I'll keep ya posted on the out come
