    Thumbs up Check

    Check Nip in servicemode.
If the pressure is wrong you kan se it on the test.
Adjust fixpressure so its equal on both sides.
The lower roller could be defekt so try change that one too.
But the Nip check is important in this case..

In worst case it could be the fix assy that is skew.
Or something in the cheramical heatingelement.
Then you have to be like my colleges, they always change assy.
    Ther life is simple..

    He he

Change the pressure roller and the bushings.
The film running off to one side will happen if you change the film and not the pressure roller at the same time.

i agree with oze, check pressure roller. Are you using OEM film or Canon Film. I have seen lots of OEM film which goes in under 100 copies/prints.

Well the only reason to change the film is the cost, maybe $10 for the film verus a couple hundred for the whole assy, but the last time I checked the cost for a tech to walk thur your front door was around $100 and the amount of time it takes to swap the whole assy the paper work takes longer to fill out but in todays mind set is how much do you save on your buget is more important than say cust. up time and relibilty
oh how I long for the good old days when qualty was the word not quanity

    have a good day

In my country its the other way round, tech's are cheap , spares are costly. A film would costs $20 and a tech would be around $5. See the diffrence.Any one want to work here? ha
