    Question Master Reset Canon C5780U

    Hey everyone,

    I just purchase an used Canon IR C5780U. I have gone through the manual but I could not find anything regarding Master Reset. Help Needed indeed. thanks

    Reset Department ID and Password.

    Why do you need to reset? Are you getting some kind of malfunction code?

    Press the "Additional Functions" key and go to "Dpt-ID Mangement", turn function off.

    Master Reset Canon C5780U

    it didnt alow me to go step without the ID/Password. even i press (add Function ) nothing come out.

    As Oze indicated. You must go into service mode.
