    Canon IR-1600

    Dear All,

    I have IR-1600 which is showing the message on Display " Check Printer Cover" . Can you advise how to resolve this problem. I have cheched the door switch and replaced but ptoblem is there.

    There are times when there is a jam and the paper is pulled out and the doors are open and then shut the sensors do not reset. Try to reseat the connectors for the paper pick up ass'y. This has happen to me and it threw me off because of that message.
