canon ir2000 display says dirty glass

hello friends this copier canon ir2000 when I make copies for adf these have poor quality and display says dirty glass, when I put the original on the glass directly ,the copy is ok. what can I do to solve this problem Thanks.

When using ADF the scanning process is done by moving the paper along the small glass. When is said dirty glass then you have to clean the white roller of the ADF and the small glass of the copier.

Foreign substances such as glue on an original are delivered to the slide reading glass when an original is read by slide reading, resulting in black stripes on image.
As a measure for black stripes, a sheet is affixed on the slide reading glass so that an original will not directly contact the slide reading glass, preventing foreign substances on it from adhering to the glass.

The settings for DFDS L1 and L2 are not available for this model.
