ir 4570 disabled finisher
have a customer who moved there copier and now the finisher is disabled, copier recognizes it .I thought there was a reset in addtional programs.thanks for replys.

Turn limited functions off in additional functions.

check the connector of the finisher to the copier. check limited function, if on turn it off. lastly clear dc-con and power off/on.

service mode/finisher/options. Set both options to 0. Reboot machine and all will be well
