    e005 error code on ir5000

I encounter twice of this problem before for e005 error, we suppose to change web roller and clear the error tats it. But even after we changed the web roller and clear the error but it still appearing e005. it went normally just after i changed the DC controller PCB.

Is there any way or chance to fix the existing DC controller PCB beside changing a new one? Did anyone encounter this problem before? It happen to me twice.

Not really that I know of unless you know how to fix circuit boards.

You should open laser unit and check is every mirror on its place (maybe you moved some of them, when cleaning), and check shutter which opens/close laser. (it's small plastic that opens laser when you close/open front cover/left cover)
I had this problem several times
    Good luck
