    CANON IR C5800

    1) Images are printing in half black colour (ash colour)
    2) dark images are printed in half black colour
    3) Toner is replaced with new. (i think there will be a setting change in *28* option)

    Please send me to reset the printing option setting in *28* function.
    If i want to clean any spares. please tell me the spare placed in the machine as i am new to canon IR 5800 machine.

    Many things could be at play depending on metre count etc.
    First step is to actually replace all corona wires.

    I want to know where the corona wire is placed and i am getting error e000003 & e000004.

    If you are new to this this copier you really need a course or somebody that has experience on them to show you the ropes.This is an absolute piece of junk.If you can walk away from this m/c then do so.If not the codes you mention are fuser codes.clear codes with Function,clear err.Best of luck.

    This machine indeed is a pain.
    If you are a tech, I would suggest you have technician look at it. Do not start messing around with any settings.

    Restart ALL the devs...the faded colours are due to the "Brush" on the dev cylinder not having enough starter which doesn't attract enough toner .
