What's it? Is it a C1 problem? I have two machines with the same problem, one with C1, and other with C2.

Hi Ricardo,

I just checked the manual, and I don't find that error code,, but in the past with other models, the 677 has been a communication problem between the print controller/server and the main controller. Most often I have resolved the issue with a reload of software on the print server. It ususally boils down to bad board, hard drive, or corrupted data on the server hard drive.
