How old is your machine? How many copies are on the Transfer corona assembly? If you have a new transfer/separation corona assembly in your hand and look down at it you will see the corona wire inside. Above that you have a black plastic guide and on top of that you have very thin clear "strings" that go across the opening. If you have replaced wires before you need to remove it to get the wires in. If you haven't replaced wires before then we need to start there. Have you done basic maintenance on this machine?

    image issue

thoroughly clean the t/s assy and replace the wires .. just cleaning them helps a little but not much ... but i actually think your problem is the lower fuser bearings ... metallic rust/dust migrates into the t/s assy while doing duplex copies this can also explain the e069

Take the trans/sep assy, lower the sep wires by one 360 dregree turn each on the screws at the backside and raise the trans wire by one turn also, this should help.

Btw: this works on all bigger canon like the 7085, ir 105 and vice versa.

    give it a try

If you have 10 million copies you might want to change the block and cable that goes to the HVT. It's the one on the back frame that the T/S assembly plugs into. At 10 Mil it could be shorting out. I think the number is FH2-6807-000. At that copy count you could have a lot of issues. And lowering the wires could help, you could also try lowering the charge in service mode.

Like I tell my guys. Clean the machine before you do anything. If you had cleaned it patently before you decide to look for help you would have saved your customer and everyone trying to help you a lot of time. Don't look for the quick easy answer some one might have when the easy answer is in your hands. re-read the post and look what you went thru. I know the machine can be a little complicated at times but anyone can clean. Like I learned a long time ago, a little thing called the KISS rule.

    It
    Simple
Stupid (no thats not an insult, it just fits the saying)

No man its problem with the Extreme temperature of the climate here. Now the raining its started so i think the problem is not happening. Because i got the similar problem in summer for couple of days where the copies have block of white patches and got error 69. Sine i busy in some other work i did not care about it after a week the problem gone. I am not sure about the temperature is causing the problem. But i want to wait until a hot day is arrived and the problem is happening due to it.

Humidity is and has always been an issue with copiers. Whether it is affecting the charges or damping the paper. But I stand by what I said a thorough cleaning is always important and anyone with two hands can do it. There are several adjustments in service mode that can help with enviromental problems. I would get ahold of a manual and read thru them and experiment with them to see what works best in your area. That is unfortunately something that would be very difficult to do over the internet. Before you make any changes make sure you note down what they were originally so you can always put them back. It may not be a bad idea to reset to factory default and go from there.
