Hi in IR8070 one portion of the copy images gets lighter. I have attach the photo of the image it taken from print from computer in drawer3 which is A4R. I have took Copies by fully opening the Copy board door The copy produce is fully black with out any white spots.Also i does not notice any problem in second side of the two side print. cleaned the Transfer Charging wires.I think It may problem with Transfer Charging Mechanism or Transfer Guide. But i dont know what cause the problem.

It looks like the transfer/separation assembly. Is that on the lead edge? It looks like it is lifting slightly or the corner is hitting the separation assembly. Is the nylon string still on it? The reason you won't see it with a totally black page is because the extra toner on the page can actually weigh the paper down enough that it won't lift the same way. When the copy lifts off the transport bed it will not pull the toner off the drum properly. It has been the cause more often than not.
It happen in the Lead edge of the Paper and not on the second side of the copying while taking two side print. It always happen. It only happen on A4R and when taken in A4 from the first drawer the density is slightly lower in the area. What is nylon string?
The nylon string is that clear plastic string that crosses over the separation/transfer assembly. If it is missing soometimes the paper will catch on the corona assembly. On the second side the paper has been charged and pressed and changes the properties of the paper, sometimes the second side is worse sometimes it can be better. Did you change all the corona wires?
I don't mean to oversimplify, but it looks like plain old humidity in the paper. If you rotate it 180 degrees and the light spot moves 180 as well, its the paper. Also, the fact that it doesn't do it on the second side sorta points to paper as well.
Moisture in the paper crossed my mind too, but the light area is very specific. Normally damp paper will have a more overall effect. But anything is possible and I wouldn't rule it out. Try a fresh ream.
I think Moisture is doesn't problem i first checked it out with fresh paper. Can u Pls put the picture of the Nylon string where it exactly found. I confused over it. What corona Points to Transfer charging wires or Separation Charging wires. I get error 68 or 69(Exactly dont know which error i checked it out and tell) three days before i cleaned Transfer/separation unit and i end up with this problem. I always face a big trouble to overcome when some thing wrong to this Machine, IR8070 is a complicated machine for me.
