    Canon Ir3570 E020

    Hello Friends,

I have a Canon Ir3570 with an Error E020, the manual is saying clog toner between the hopper and developing unit. I have vaccum the hopper and the sub-hopper and i have also recognized that the developer has not much toner. The hopper motor gears is hard to the turn. Is there anything else that i am missing here? apart from changing the DC controller.

If you cheat the toner access door with some paper so the machine thinks the doors closed and run copier/function/install/toner-s can you see the toner bottle turning.

Also make sure your using genuine canon toner. Check connectors and pins, cut wire ties also.

If the DC cont don't work, try replacing FM2-2764-000 pcb. There was a tech pub about that fixing an E020. It supplies power to the hopper motor.
