Someone changed default imagepass C1 password and also set up ip address as DHCP.

Is there any other way to reset password to default then to reload system software to C1.

The only way to resolve both issue is to reload firmware.

This is the password retrieval file for the older Fiery boxes. I think the one on the ir3200 is still linix and not xp embedded so it should work.
Print this file to the DIRECT queue and the passwords should print out at the copier.
(If it doesn't work rename the file and take off one of the ps so its just password.ps)
