    jacky,
Just a shot in dark but is there a patch installed titled 1-Y3YDA on the H1? We've been advised to stop installing it because it locks up the control panel and causes other issues. Hopes this helps.

I had a H1 dropping jobs at random once. Resending the same job, than just prints normaly. Different apps, pc's didn't matter. Just randomly drops a print. In CW it says it's processing an unknown job, than job just disappears. Notthing logged.

Replaced the H1's motherboard, problem did never return since.

The fiery m/b? woh.......is very costly....anyway,i will try on it. i also try on another H1 server and get same result. Should it also caused by m/b or is Fiery issue?

Can you elaborate on this point? You put a different H1 on that copier and got same result? Or You tried printing those files on a different copier with a different H1?
It's starting to sound like maybe the Fiery isn't the issue. Try flashing the copier firmware, replacing copier memory, crossover cable, or HDD.
