IR5070 Copy defaulting 11x17

The copier is defaulting to 11x17, how do you change it back to default to letter?

Service mode:
Level 2/ Copier/ Option/ Body SENS-CNF 1
This is the default setting. If its 0 set it to 1.
If R-con was cleared the value will return to default 0.

You must be a tech if you want that answer. If I allow you into service mode chances are you might cause more damage than good. Sorry

Another way that may work is to get out the user guide, then see how to use Additional Functions to go into Common Settings and Copy Settings to restore them to the factory values.
