Possible bad HDD or reinstall firmware. Can you get into service mode? check temp under copier>display>analog. But I'd try swapping HDD if there is one close by.

Trouble shoot with a multi meter and measure the voltage from the power supply unit found that there's no output supplying to the heater unit.

Have change the power supply unit, DC con and Main DC con still the same.....have not tried the HDD as mention.

Any more idea ?

When I look at the circiut diagram the AC driver pcb is what I see sending AC to the fixing. Is the fixing unit getting hot? Have you look at the fixing temp in service mode.

The heater unit assembly is not hot at all if we touch the surface with our bare hand.

When we check the heater unit temperature in the service mode it will shown appromixetely +- 50 c. Its show that there's no AC supply to the heater unit now. Is somewhere there's no signal to heater assembly

Try the Ac driver for the hell of it, maybe there's a blown fuse.
