When installing new color toner, before it has thrown a empty message, does not reset when re-filled too soon. Is there a toner reset procedure.

Also what is the developer rotation procedure to access the individual colors. Thank you for any help with this. This has got to be one of the worse color machines ever, lol.

Oh no....they're a wonderful machine they must only give YOU trouble coz all the other techs here luv em
You CAN add a menu to ADITIONAL FUNCTIONS/Cleaning
Level 2 service mode/USERS/TNR-CR from 0 to 1.
This will rotate the turret to whichever colour you like...but be aware that the customer will be able to access this feature anytime they like...sometimes not a great idea.
