    Question iR 9070 no boot

    Hi guys,

I have a canon ir 9070 not booting. On the screen "loading" bar does not move the boot and restarts.

I was upgrading the system, buuuuuuuut (here getting my doubt) when I upgrade in safe mode, the files appear on the screen with status "OK", but the machine does not "save" the information.
I tried to update everything, (RUI, Language, BOOT etc.) but does not save anything on the machine. When I upgrade the system it asks me to update the Boot, and the screen it gives the machine as if it were updated ¬¬

I believe your best chance is to format your drive and do a clean install. When just doing the update without the format, be sure to check on "Overwrite existing files" in the lower left corner of SST, to make sure the files get transfered. Sounds like something got FUBAR'd when you attempted the updating, so that is why I suggest the clean install.

Possible contributing factor could be corrupt files in your servtool folder for that particular model. If the clean install does not go well you may want to reload the system software on your laptop to assure you have complete set of code to load...

    Solved!

    Hi again

    Problem solved!

The board boot the machine I was trying to upgrade a version was 4.34, down version of 6:36 will not accept update.
Then it was "simple" fix. I changed the boot plate to version 6:36 and updated throughout the system x)

    Mrfixit51 Thanks for your help.
