I have also seen hard toner buildup on the in feed guide of the fuser.

I too have seen that, but you usually get a pre-fuser stall condition when that occurs, or a roll up in the entry way. The paper looks like it did not get crunched till after it was fused. The waves were not hard creases...

toner too thick on left side. looks like you hve no lead edge blanking. this will cause this kind of jamming. unless the fuser rollers are in perfect condition. Increse the lead edge blank, this should help.

no doubt about that, there is no blanking at all on that lead edge

A lead edge void would be a good idea. Be sure the claws are in good shape and clean of toner. Also make sure the little spring that holds the claw are in position. If the spring pops out from under the claw you will have jamming like this.

I go with the toner on the lead edge. Also those delivery rollers looks like there hard and got flat spots. That will cause some jamming.

Claws are good what about the lower fuser roller. It have done 5,00,000 Copies. May this cause the jam. Also jam happens at ones in 50 copies. I Reduce the fuser temperature and made a 2000 copies with 2 or 4 jams in the morning. after some time i got jams frequently. Now the paper is completely folding at right side.
