there is a step down converter available which converts 220 V to 110 v, no need to change power supply and other lamps for this purpose

Make sure you do not have a 60Hz vs 50Hz issue.
Can confirm no issue running off a stepdown
Hertz does not seam an issue
4 months running a 3220 with no issues
I think as long as it already converted to DC, there wouldn't be any problem with frequencies.
The problem only happen if there are motors that connect directly to AC power supply. because the rotation speed will be affected.
is there any motor on copier which use direct AC power? maybe the cooling fan?
i got a problem on this i try to put step down transformer on 60hz machine and the only available step down transformer is 50hz ,e003 ocurs.fixing problem and it slows down the machine.
