but in there option dens 1~9 only. default set to 5.
how can i increase to dens 30.

As far as I know that's all you can choose on ir4570 range.

This has far more effect on copy quality that the dens adjust

i just want to give u very simple advice that would really help in ir4570
replace ur old machine with new one most of ur problems would be solved.
in ur contact profile u have mentioned trusted tech. do u really think ur.
Karanobera21, He said he got it fixed, do we need to replace every machine we have in the field that's as old or older than a 4570? That would be great for sales wouldn't it.
May I ask what your credentials are, to be asking about Seshu's credentials?? Most techs would love to have newer equipment to work on, but that is not the answer to the problem. Be constructive, be helpful, be polite!
