iR-C3200 banding
Customer makes catalogs for their products, so the prints have both pictures and writing on them. Where there is pictures there is cyan "banding" which is an intermittent 4mm cyan band(s) very light across the picture whether the paper is 11x8.5 or 8.5 x 11R. On the rest of the page is a barely noticable cyan backround. I haven't gotten the drum unit readings but I think it may be the cyan drum unit..... I've been told to do a dcon reset and swap the cyan laser with another color but I wanted to run it by you guys first.... Help!! They have a huge run to do soon.
Thanks in advance

From what you are describing I would say the cyan drum is going out. You can try and clean it and adjust in service mode, but with the customer getting ready for a large run I wouldn't mess with it.

I am with Marc on this one,,, those numbers are out of the park. I suggest you replace all the color drums, and don't bother tweaking the copier, as all those drums are wrll beyond life.
