You don't need the multi-pdl kit if you have a Fiery, it handles all rasterization of PCL/PS etc.

You only thing you need to make sure of is that the correct service setting has been flagged so the machine knows it has a Fiery attached (can't recall and don't have SM atm).
No, I will not send you Manuals, Software or your own little repair Genie to fix all your problems for you.

    Options>ACC>IMG-CNT =3

Also, you are going to need a print driver for the fiery, not the copier.

    Guys this is great help

    >"Options>ACC>IMG-CNT =3"
This might be a silly question but is this an option setting that I access on the printer touch-screen or is this accessed through the SST?

When you say print driver for the fiery are you talking of:
    - a windows driver on the PC
    or
    - a driver on the Canon?

I have installed the UFR (UFR II does not support IR C3220 - installed it and basically there it is not on the list)
When printing with the UFR what happens is that again it doesn't print. I have notice that in the print queue there is always one other document that can't be cancelled (i.e. when I try to cancel the printer comes up with an E000677-0080 error)

I accessed the Fiery webserver by simply typing in the IP address in Internet Explorer. As far as the Fiery is concerned, it knows that it is connected to the printer and it can see that the printer has an N2 saddle sticking unit attached. I can't confirm that the printer knows in the Fiery is connected because I haven't found how to access this option which you suggested:

Options>ACC>IMG-CNT =3...... this is accessed under Service Mode on the copier. Are you trained to work on this copier? Go no further into service mode if you are not,, here are the instructions:

    Press Additional Functions
    Press 2 & 8 at same time
    Press Additional Functions
    Press Copier
    Press Options
    Press Acc
Highlight IMG-CNT , Press 3, Press O.K. in lower right corner.
Turn copier Off/On for change to take affect.

Print driver for the fiery,,, is indeed loaded onto the PC that wants to print to the copier. Make sure that you are getting the proper driver from the download page on Canon for the ColorPASS,, not for the copier..

It's not going to work with the UFR driver, see if you can find the fiery driver.

The E677 errors are a communication failure between the fiery box and the copier. I would suggest loading a fresh load of fiery system software to eliminate that as a possible cause for your error code. Loading the latest system software onto the copier as well would be a good idea too! The latest system software for your copier is at v90.03

Try bypassing the Fiery altogether, plug the network directly into the copier, set IMG-CNT to 0,
setup the IP addressing in the copier and print....Done. If that don't work, you may need a visit from a tech, what the heck, I'll do it if your close by!

Edit: oh, I see your in the UK, sorry, a little out of my range! Well good luck.
