iRC3580i - Can't boot up

Dear all,

Anyone have any ideas on iRC3580i can't boot up and show e748-4000? When i checked on svc mode and show e747-7F00 x1 , e748-4000 x3 , e003-0002 x1. Everytime on the machine,it will shown this 5 error code in svc mode.
I had changed Main-Cont, Power supply unit, all sub pcb and upgrade to latest firmware. The issue still occur. Any ideas on it? Pls advise........

748 and 747 points to the main cont or sub boards,,e003 could be the interlock on the right side door being bent or bad sw3. dont understand why the two problems could be related. does this machine have a fax board,

I have seen E001's accompanied by E732 & E733 before as customer turns off the power switch. Each time they did it the 3 were in the error listing, same time frame. This might be similar problem. Figure out the E003's first, the rest may sort itself out...
