Connectivity Problems

Hey friends i have an Ir3035 on the network but the nic is not responding. I have done all resets, i have pinged the loopback 127.0.0.1 and nothing happens.Am not sure if the system software is the problem or the ip board. Has anyone expeienced this problem.

I have not had issues with the 3035, but if you have set up network settings in the copier, restarted and waited a couple minutes, you should be able to ping the copier from a laptop via crossover cable, and or , get to the RUI through the network address. You might also try bringing the copier up under fix-ip mode, and try to push a piece of system software to it. If these things fail, it appears you have a main controller board issue.
